Data Anonymization
With the new Data Anonymization feature, we’re ensuring employee privacy by automatically anonymizing historical booking and check-in data in the Admin Portal. This allows for high-level data analysis while preventing employee-specific tracking, giving you the insights you need without compromising confidentiality.

Feature Highlights 
Customers can anonymize historical booking and check-in data in the OfficeRnD Admin Portal.
The anonymization period is customizable (i.e. older than 1 day, 30 days, 90 days).
To enable and configure Data Anonymization, Admins should go to Settings > Organization > Privacy tab.
PII such as Employee name, Email, and ID will be redacted from the UI and data exports.
In Data Hub, if data anonymization is enabled, ALL data in Data Hub will be anonymized regardless of the time period.
Available to customers on Enterprise Plan.
